NOTICE TO THE HOLDERS of CH1108681680, Series 9800, Open ended VALOUR STORY (IP) SEK (the “Certificates”) issued by Valour Inc., LEI: 984500RAH11EE88V4014 (the “Issuer”)
Effective Date: 13 July 2026
Valour Inc. (the "Issuer") hereby informs investors that, effective 13 July 2026, the underlying cryptoasset of the above Exchange Traded Product ("ETP") will transition from IP to DATA following the DATA Foundation's announced 1:1 token migration from the native IP token to the DATA token.
What does this mean for ETP holders?
The token migration will be implemented by the Issuer and its service providers. ETP holders are not required to take any action. The migration affects the underlying cryptoasset only. Investors will continue to hold the same ETP certificates following the migration. The ISIN and the number of ETP certificates held by investors will remain unchanged.
References to IP in the product documentation, website and other related materials will be updated to DATA, where applicable.
Should any material changes relating to the implementation arise, the Issuer willcommunicate these to investors as appropriate.
